You can easily determine the eligibility of your prescribed medication by referring to our comprehensive formulary. The formulary contains a list of medications that are covered in your membership. Additionally, our support team is available to assist you in confirming the eligibility of your prescribed medication.  If the medication is not included in our formulary, you will be charged extra for the medication.

How many medication shipments are included in my membership?

Your membership includes one medication shipment per month as part of our service. However, should you require more frequent deliveries or additional medications beyond the monthly shipment, those would be considered outside the standard coverage. In such cases, any extra medications and associated delivery costs will be your responsibility, requiring payment out-of-pocket. How are the medications packaged for delivery?
